Hybrid. A combination of virtual shared learning and cohort sessions; in-person worship, mentorship, and service at a local Liberti church.

Church Planting Residents become peers with elders and pastors through eldership training at the local church, and act as assistant or associate pastors for 2 years before being sent out; thereby, directly sending out a church plant by someone known by your church.

A head, heart, and hands ministry experience to prepare for church planting in partnership with the Liberti Communion or elsewhere.
