The Director of Ministry Operations provides the operational and structural “backbone” of Liberti Church in Camp Hill. In collaboration with the elders and staff, he or she helps make the church’s vision practical and implements it. This position, comprehensively, plays a pivotal role in carrying out the overall mission of Liberti Church.

The Next Gen Ministry Director will connect and lead adolescents into a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, and encourage students in such a way that they grow in their faith, assimilating them into the life and mission of the Liberti church community and preparing them for a lifelong pursuit of spiritual growth.
